This web page is for information for friends & family & anyone that wants to join the group. We are not a travel agency.
Below
is information for the 2009 12 Day/Night Eastern Mediteranean Cruise. Ship
Departs Barcelona, Spain on April 10, 2009. Italy, Greece, Turkey, Egypt
& Malta. We will be sailing on the Norwegian Jade. It is only
two years old. Intinery download below. We will be flying to Bacelona on
the 8th of April We picked this Itinerary
due to its stops and price.There are alot of other Itineraries for Eastern
Med Cruises. But this one includes Spain. Very few Eastern Med Cruises
start in Spain. It is normally listed under a Western Med Cruise. Plus
it is cheaper to fly to Spain than Italy. This Itinerary is only offered
in the cooler months and not in the summer time. It does include one day
at sea inbetween stops. This will be a relaxing cruise, not a rush/rush
cruise.
We
updated this web page fast, so there could be miskates. Bare with us. We
got started on this one a little late. Deposit for cabins is due in 30
days. Deposit for group airfare is due in 30 days also. We will add more
information when we get time.
Deposits due for this trip by 9/24/08. NCL only gave us 30 days to hold cabins. Group airfare is the same date.
Any single people that do not have a cabin-mate, let us know. We probably can fix you up with someone. Or even three in a Cabin. Third & Fourth person in cabin, $665.58 per person all cabin catagories.
We do have a single lady looking for a cabinmate.
We did not reserve as many cabins or seats on the group flt reservation as we normally do..So the first ones to sign up get the good prices...Get your deposit in as soon as possible.

purpose for the above information is for any discounts that they might
offer.
Anyone
interested in joining the group, Please contact us(Greg&Carla) also
even if you contact Amber first. We need to keep our records updated.
Full names, birth dates, address & phone number needed for cruise ticket
purchase. Give her your email address too please. Payments can be made
by credit card or check. If paying by check, allow time for mail delivery.
You can pay us or Amber. She will ask if you want the cruise insurance,
your choice, you can tell her or us. It is advisable to purchase trip insurance
at time of deposit. Travel Guard has changed it policy and will refund
full amount of insurance if you decide to cancel out on the trip before
final payment January 21, 2009. More insurance information below. Everyone
will receive a invoice after Payment is paid. They are sent via email if
you have a email address or by regular mail.
Cruise&Group
Air Deposit due by 9/24/08. Don't wait till the last day.
The
Group Air Deposit should be sent to us.
The
only airfare that you can purchase from Amber is the Cruise Lines.
Norweigian Cruise line wants $1591.16 a person for
airfare.
Cabin prices are listed below. Port Fees and Taxes are included. If Interseted in a different Cabin Category other than listed below, please let us know.
Amenities
There
will be $100 onboard cabin credit for each cabin reserved.
Any
free ticket money will be split with every cabin after the cruise.

Airfare & Insurance Information
Group airfare prices listed below on left side.
The
only airfare that you can purchase from Amber is the Cruise Lines.
Group
Airfare only available thru us. We need $100 a person deposit before 9/24/08.
No Charge card for deposit on group airfare, only checks or cash. Final
payment can be made by charge card.

on link above for the travel guard brochure which show price list for the
amounts you want to be covered for the trip. Figure cost of cruise, airfare,
and any hotels. The price of the insurance is also figured per your age.
It is advisable to purchase trip insurance at the time of the deposit on
Cruise. You now can get a full refund on the cost of the insurance if you
cancel out on the trip by the final payment date of the cruise, January
21, 2009.

Hotel Information
We
will be staying the frist night April 9, 09, in Barcelona, Spain. Information
on Hotel will be added at a later date. This stay overnight is a additional
expense. (Probably $130 - $150 a room.) People that do not want to fly
over a day early need to get their own plane reservations. You can contact
us for help. Remember that Spain is a day ahead of us (6 Hours). So you
would have to leave the US on April 9th to get there on April 10th to start
cruise. People wishing to fly over a day early under the group airfare,
are departing the US on April 8th.
We
will search for hotel at a later date.
Cruise
Deposit: $400 a person. By 09/24/08
