People Flying out of St Louis and staying at the Quality Inn, your room
has been reserved for January 28th and Feb 05. You can check-in
on the 28th as early as you want. Remember to tell clerk that you are
leaving your vehicle for the week so they can log you in for parking.
Some of us will be meeting at the Golden Corral in St Charles for dinner at 5 pm.
Don't put important doucments in you suitcases. Make sure you can your
passports, picture ID, and Cruise Boarding Passes with your carry-ons.
Some airlines allow you to print your boarding passes out 24 hours before you fly.
Take alot of one dollar bills with you for tips.
Good Idea to check Carnival's web site for your Fun Pass.
See there has been added changed or added info since the
last time you printed it out.
Carnival has given out airlines reservations for people already signed up
and made final payment. If your flight is arriving late in San Juan,
it would be a good idea to reserve a tour for the first stop
(St Tomas/St John) before you leave.
Our group is at 11 cabins to date. 22 people.
Illegal to wear any type
of Camouflage clothing in Barbados
records, the price for the cruise and airfare was higher in 2003. Itinerey was a little different.

Passports
are not required for this Southern Caribbean
Cruise. Since ship is
leaving
and returning to San Juan (U.S. terrority). But Carnival suggest
having a passport just incase there are problems while off the ship at
the different ports.
IF you miss ship and have to fly to next port. Leave trip early and fly
home, etc.
Changes
about passports can happen anytime.
It is a good idea when traveling to take a copy of your passport with you.

Airfare & Insurance Information
Airfare is
not covered with the two insurance options that Cruisnow.com offers.
Unless you addon the
airfare coverage to the policy. It is 3.75 % a person the cost of the
airline ticket.
Insurance needs to be purchased a day or two before cruise final
payement
But you tell us or Amber
at booking if wanted or not.
It will not be charged to your card till final payment.
Pre-existing medical will be covered.

Carnival's insurance is based on the total cost of the trip including port fees and taxes and airfare.
If you don't want Carnival's airfare, you can book your own or Ask Amber at time of
booking cabin. Amber can get pricing from other airlines.
