UNIVERSAL CRAFTSMEN COUNCIL OF ENGINEERS
SCHOLARSHIP AWARD FUND
To:
Worthy Chiefs of All Councils:
This
provides information to assist you in providing scholarship
opportunities to sons and daughters of members of our fraternity. The
only way these opportunities can be extended is if your council shares
the opportunity with Council members and they with their families. Feel
free to make copies of the scholarship application forms and distribute
them accordingly. Be sure the applicants are aware of the deadline date
for returning their application to you by April 1 and you forward your
council’s recommended applications to the Chairman of the Scholarship
Program by April 30. In order to be fair and fully understood by all
our brothers, there is no extension of deadlines. Awards will be
announced by mid June and all applicants notified accordingly. Stress
with applicants that illegible applications will be returned without
consideration.
